Lens Spotlight

Today I would like to spotlight this lens:

Long before the secret or powerful intentions I was doing affirmations. I started doing them in my teenage years after delving into metaphysical books around the age of 14. I read up on Edgar Cayce, Shirley Maclaine’s books and Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra. I also dabbled with Dick Sutphen and Jonathan Livingstone Seagull and books along that line.

Did affirmations work?

I think they did and still do. Mostly they do, sometimes they do not. When they do not I accept that their is a reason or a block to it’s fruition.

Affirmations I said when I was younger were:

I am happy, healthy and radiant

One fun thing I like to do is to write a list at the beginning of the year and look at it at the end of the year to see what manifested.

Usually about 80% manifests…

So, my take on powerful intentions is that yes for the most part it does work.

How much can you make at squidoo?

On lenses alone you can make $7 to $11 a lens when it is in the top 2000.

Here is Septembers payouts:

Tier 1 : $11.04
Tier 2 : $1.72
Tier 3 : $0.08
Tier 4 : $0.00

Below is rough scale of the lenses in each tier

Tier 1: approximately the top 2,000 lenses with the highest average lensrank.
Tier 2: approximately the next 8,000 highest lenses by avg. lensrank. (2000- 10,000)
Tier 3: Approximately the next 60,000

September’s payments are from July lenses and lensranks.
I did not have very many lenses in that month yet, so I only made $3.77

Since that month I have many more lenses, 63 in total to this date.

What is a lensography, you ask?

It is a place to put all of your lenses onto one lens. It puts a small picture of the lens with the title for you to look at before you click on any one title.

If you are a giant squid or not you will want to make a lensography.

If you have lenses on squidoo, you will want to also sign up with twitter. You can twit your lens everytime you edit it or anytime at all really. I have gone to many people’s lenses after seeing them on twitter and had traffic come from twitting my lenses or having them twittted.

I have been watching the news on the election which inspired me to write a lens on Sarah Palin.

I have not decided my vote. The lens is related to the thought I had about her being president if McCain is to win the election.

You can earn money on squidoo. The more lenses you make, the more money you can make. There are many different ways to make money on there.

You can make money through squidoo, through affiliate links you put on your lenses or from amazon, cafe press and other similar sites you can put on lenses.
